Meet Payal, RN, BScN
Integrity Senior Care was founded by Payal, a Registered Nurse with experience in emergency and acute care nursing.
Throughout her nursing career, Payal cared for patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments and saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be for seniors and families to navigate the transition from hospital back to home after illness, hospitalization, or changing health needs.
Working in emergency medicine also provided a deeper understanding of how quickly subtle concerns in older adults can become larger health issues. Payal frequently saw seniors return to the Emergency Department days or weeks after discharge due to falls, medication concerns, worsening chronic illness, caregiver exhaustion, or difficulty managing safely at home without adequate support.
These experiences highlighted the growing gap many families face while trying to support aging loved ones within an increasingly strained healthcare system. Many older adults wish to remain in the comfort and familiarity of the homes they spent decades building, yet families are often left searching for dependable senior home care and nursing support that helps make aging at home feel safer and more manageable.
Integrity Senior Care was created to help bridge that gap through thoughtful in-home nursing support, continuity of care, and trusted relationships with seniors and their families.
