We provide wound assessment, dressing changes, pressure injury monitoring, and skin integrity assessments, tracking healing progress and communicating with the physician.
02Do you coordinate with the physician on wound treatment?
Yes. We monitor healing progress and communicate with the physician about the treatment plan and any signs of infection or concern.
03How often are dressing changes scheduled?
Visit frequency is set by the care plan and the wound itself, and adjusts as healing progresses.
04Is in-home wound care covered by OHIP?
Services are privately paid and not covered by OHIP. Some extended health benefit plans may offer reimbursement. Detailed receipts are provided for submission.
