Palliative & Supportive Care Nursing

Supportive nursing for seniors living with serious, advanced, or life-limiting illness, focused on comfort, safety, and quality of life at home.

The clinical role

What this looks like in practice

For seniors living with serious, advanced, or life-limiting illness, nursing support can help families navigate changing health needs while promoting comfort, safety, and quality of life at home. Integrity Senior Care provides supportive nursing services focused on clinical monitoring, symptom assessment, medication support, family education, and coordination with healthcare providers. These supportive nursing services complement existing physician-directed care plans and community healthcare services; they are not a hospice, end-of-life, or 24-hour palliative program.
