Clear answers to the most common questions

If you don't see what you're looking for, please send us a note. We'll respond within one business day.

Getting Started

  • 01What is the response time to new enquiries?

Within one business day. Urgent clinical situations are addressed sooner. Please mention urgency in your message or call directly.

  • 02Do you accept referrals from physicians and discharge planners?

Yes. We work alongside primary care teams, specialists, and discharge planners. Clinicians can reach us directly. See our referral page for the workflow.

  • 03Is a physician referral required?

No referral is required for most services.

  • 04How do we start?

Book a free 20-minute phone consultation. We listen, ask clinical questions, and if there's a fit we schedule a comprehensive in-home RN assessment.

Services & Scope

  • 01What areas do you serve?

We are based in London, Ontario and serve London and immediately surrounding communities including Byron, Riverbend, Oakridge, West London, and nearby areas. Reach out and we'll confirm whether your location is within our service area.

  • 02Do you provide overnight or 24-hour care?

No. Integrity Senior Care focuses on scheduled nursing visits, clinical oversight, and continuity-based support rather than shift-style or overnight care.

  • 03Can services be provided in a retirement home?

Yes. Nursing support visits may be provided for seniors living independently or within retirement residences.

  • 04Can you work alongside existing care teams?

Yes. We collaborate with family physicians, specialists, community palliative care, home care services, and personal support workers. Our role is continuity, not replacement.

  • 05How often will the RN visit?

Visit frequency is set by the care plan: from a single comprehensive assessment, to weekly oversight, to several times per week during a transitional period. The plan adapts as the situation changes.

Pricing & Coverage

  • 01Are services covered by OHIP?

Services are privately paid and not covered by OHIP. Some extended health benefit plans may offer reimbursement. Detailed receipts are provided for submission.

  • 02How is pricing structured?

We are a premium, relationship-centred practice, not a high-volume agency. Pricing reflects the time, clinical expertise, and continuity each family receives. We share a clear estimate during the free initial consultation, after we understand the situation.

About the Practice

  • 01How is Integrity Senior Care different from a home care agency?

Integrity Senior Care is a Registered Nurse-led clinical practice, not a personal support agency. Our focus is clinical oversight: assessment, monitoring, medication, coordination with physicians, and continuity. Personal support workers handle activities of daily living; we provide the nursing judgment that sits above that work.

  • 02Who is the RN that will visit our family member?

Integrity Senior Care is led by Payal, RN, BScN, a Registered Nurse licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario with acute and emergency care experience. Continuity of nurse is a foundational commitment of the practice.
